Free ground UPS shipping on all orders within the U.S for orders over $100. $10 flat fee UPS ground shipping for orders under $100.
Free DHL shipping for international shipments over $200. For orders under $200 we offer DHL International shipping at a severely reduced rate. Cost will be shown when you check out and varies based on amount of items and location. Duties and taxes required by the receiving country are the recipients responsibility.
For online orders, we accept garments in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free for returns within the U.S. You have 14 days from the ship date to have your return dropped off and scanned at a UPS location. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please email us hello@shopeyetoeye.com to arrange returns and for a free return shipping label.
For international shipments please return item(s) to us at your expense to our Dallas warehouse. We do not supply shipping labels for international returns.
Eye to Eye monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically refused or reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to hello@shopeyetoeye.com before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.
We are happy to help with exchanges. Please email hello@shopeyetoeye.com to arrange an exchange with Order #, the item you are exchanging and what you would like to exchange for. A customer service representative will take care of the exchange for you upon receiving this email.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
For our US customers we provide a pre-paid return label to make it super easy for you to send it back. Please email hello@shopeyetoeye.com to being a return request.
